Replicable platform to accelerate the commissioning of sorting plants in the Intralogistic field
The speed and level of quality required in the commissioning of new intralogistic systems is becoming an increasingly important issue given the need to minimise plant downtime and at the same time ensure the correct operation of what has been developed once it has been commissioned.
The experience gained at several leading companies in the intralogistic industry has enabled Bridger to develop a set of replicable software modules that can be quickly deployed through simple configuration and integrated into complex solutions.
These replicable modules can be customized to communicate with various types of management software used by systems in the field (the main sorting systems used by leading companies in the intralogistic sector). Engineered to govern SIEMENS PLCs, today the modules can operate with PLC systems of the main vendors on the market and can be configured to adapt to the specific sorting logic required by each plant.
The adoption of these replicable modules allows a fast implementation, ensures high performance thanks to the fact that the algorithms developed are now consolidated and ensures maximum flexibility because with the simple reconfiguration of parameters is possible to adapt the solution to new requirements of the market.
Recent implementations have also enabled the development of a specific interface with Rockwell's EMULATE3D emulation software EMULATE3D di Rockwell to perform "virtual pre-commissioning", an effective way to validate the optimal configuration before completing implementation in the field.

Developed a platform to standardize the heterogeneous supervision and control tools used by the various control rooms of a company in the environmental sector
It often happens that technicians in charge of the supervision and control of plants and machines must use different platforms in order to have full control of all the components involved and of the specific process. In complex environments, where different control platforms have been adopted over time and never discarded, this generates a significant increase in costs and introduces management complexities that often lead to both technical and safety problems.
Our specialists have developed a platform that integrates the various technologies and control systems present in the field, standardizing the user interface. Thanks to this platform, we can collect all the information and data available without having to intervene at each device, machine, plant. The platform also makes it possible to obviate the need for transcoding the communication protocols used by PLCs and systems of old versions, a theme that occurs systematically at every company that has already adopted control tools and systems over time.
The adoption of the platform developed by Bridger allows to maximize the investments made in technologies and tools, but at the same time offers a fast and effective way to introduce new and more sophisticated functions of supervision and control of plants and machines.

- Enhancement of an MES platform for the management of the moulding and assembly plant of an company producing plastic products
Updated the MES platform transforming the user interface from "Desktop" to "Web" in order to allow access to all functions from remote mobile devices such as Tablet, Smartphone with Android operating system.
The update was not limited to introducing new features but allowed to interface all the assembling machines and the plastic molding presses, integrated the devices used for product traceability and the management system ensuring a real-time control of the production with detection of quantities and times on all the lines.
The adoption of a Web-based interface and the use of Android devices, as well as contributing to the containment of costs related to the licenses of peripheral devices, has allowed a greater distribution of the ability to supervise and control the production process, significantly affecting the process in terms of efficiency and quality.

Revamping of an important production line for a leading company in the production of non-woven fabrics
Completed the commissioning of an electrical revamping project of a production line for the chemical-physical transformation of semi-finished products.
The project included the complete overhaul of the automation part including the remake of the HMI and SCADA system.
We have replaced the electrical part of power and control, redesigned the architecture, converted the various PLCs (Rockwell), updated the network architecture and implemented new SCADA (Wonderware).
Thanks to the new solution, the customer now has a homogeneous system for the supervision and control of the entire line including alarm management, reporting of performance indicators, production tracking of orders and interfacing with the management system of the sequence of processing orders.
In addition to a greater capacity and speed of intervention on the entire production line, the project has allowed a significant optimization of maintenance costs due to the standardization of platforms and technologies used and the updating of hardware and software systems to the latest versions.
